     Rugby Union certainly was the very first passion of Frederick. From the early stages of playing, to attending the "High Performance Coaches' Course" at the International Rugby Academy of Wellington (above photo, crouching second from left) in New Zealand, from University and Military coaching experiences, to ultimate knowledge development with former All Blacks coach Laurie Mains at the Academy, Frederick gained a great deal of experience in team development and a modern approach of the game.

     Sport Educator since 1989, Frederick is putting well over a decade of teaching and coaching experiences at the service of Rugby teams and the coaching community. Actually based in Kyushu, southern Japan, he can be contacted online for any information request or coaching advice.
